Job summary

PT Dana Pinjaman Inklusif is seeking a proactive IT Support to maintain and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure in Jakarta. You will install, configure, and support operating systems, office applications, and peripheral devices while delivering reliable technical service.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT or CS, 1–2 years in IT support (fresh grads welcome), and solid knowledge of hardware, software, and basic networking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years IT Support experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Experience with OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP, routers).
• Familiarity with antivirus and IT security practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office applications.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals (printers, scanners, projectors).
• Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity, DNS/proxy issues, and configure basic network devices such as routers and switches.
