Job summary

PT Jaya Mitra Kurnia is seeking an IT Support professional to join our team. You will provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networks, and other IT devices, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.

You will install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment, monitor networks, handle IT issues, and maintain assets and security. This position requires a D3/S1 in IT and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Minimum education of D3/S1 in IT or related field.
1–2 years of IT Support or similar experience.
Understanding of hardware, software, and Windows troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge: LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, network devices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Provide support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networks, and other IT devices.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot internet networks, LAN, Wi‑Fi, and network devices.
Handle and resolve IT issues reported by users promptly.
Perform routine maintenance and checks on company IT equipment.
Manage and document IT assets and devices.
Assist with data backup and maintain security of devices and IT systems.
Create documentation for troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Support IT system development and improvement initiatives.
