Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge, keep up-to-date on the latest IT trends and best practices.
Self-motivated, strong commitment and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for the system, handling user's request, coordinating and arranging technical support service activities.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems in the office.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software application.
Provide administrative document related IT Department, maintain accurate IT asset record, documentation.
Assist in any IT related office project.
