Job summary

Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT support or technical support role (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply).

Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.

Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and macOS environments.
