Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support personnel to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to users across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and other IT systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users for hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts and ensure secure access to the company’s IT systems.
• Perform routine maintenance of hardware and network systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and update documentation related to IT systems and procedures.
• Support the implementation of new IT projects based on company needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software maintenance or upgrades.
• Conduct regular data backups and ensure data security protocols are properly followed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP Addressing, etc.).
• Familiar with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Linux, and MikroTik.
• Skilled in using office applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong communication and analytical skills to solve technical problems efficiently.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• IT certifications (such as CompTIA, CCNA, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong advantage.
