Job summary

Cermati in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an IT Support to ensure our IT operations run smoothly. You will support and maintain office network and internet connectivity, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

This role requires a Bachelor in Computer and Network Engineering or related field, at least 1 year of IT support experience, and strong problem solving and communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience as IT Support min. 1 year.
• Proficient with Windows, Linux and Mac OS and Office applications.
• Good knowledge in network, hardware, software and printer troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Help and make sure company's IT operations are running smoothly.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems (software install, printer, laptop, internet, etc).
• Create daily reports related to connectivity & resources monitoring in the placement Office.
• Set up PCs and Laptops, assist procurement decisions.
• Prepare & proceed IT peripheral handover to/from employees in onboarding & offboarding processes.

Job description

• Setup PCs and Laptops, and help research which items for the company to procure.
• Prepare & Proceed the IT Peripheral handover to/from the employee in the onboarding & offboarding Process.
