SeaOwl Indonesia in Batam is looking for a proactive IT Support/Project Support professional to assist IT project execution and daily operations. You will liaise between users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business needs.

The role covers hardware/software support, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and collaboration tools, asset management, and documentation. Fresh graduates up to 3 years are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
• Fresh graduates up to 3 years in IT support/operations welcomed.
• Internship or project experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, Windows and networking.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Support IT project execution and coordination to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Act as liaison between users, vendors, and IT teams for smooth operations.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and Microsoft 365.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT devices and systems.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and tracking.
• Coordinate IT procurement, repairs, and service needs with vendors.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and IT records.
• Support IT security policies, data backup, and compliance.
• Perform other IT operations and project-related duties as assigned.
