Job summary

Soechi Group. is seeking an IT Support specialist in Jakarta to assist with hardware, software, and network issues for office operations and vessels.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot IT components, set up workstations, and support daily IT tasks and projects. The role requires foundational knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, and networking, with familiarity in Microsoft 365; IT security knowledge is a plus, and a proactive, user-focused mindset is essential for reliable

Qualifications

Graduate from Computer Engineering, Computer & Network Engineering (TKJ), Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
Able to install software, drivers, and peripheral devices.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT security is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide IT support to end users and set up workstations.
Maintain IT assets, perform preventive maintenance, and support daily IT operations and projects.
