• Experience handling administrative documentation.
• Strong ability to manage schedules and timelines.
• Proficiency in business Japanese communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the departure timeline of students/candidates to Japan from selection to departure.
• Maintain intensive communication with Japanese companies, supervising organizations, and partners via verbal and formal email.
• Coordinate preparation and completeness of departure documents (contracts, visas, COE, and other admin requirements).
• Collaborate internally with training, management and others to ensure candidates’ readiness prior to departure.
• Handle follow-up requests from Japanese partners regarding candidate data, documentation, or clarifications.
• Ensure processes follow timeline and administrative standards set by partners and authorities.
• Prepare, organize and maintain documentation archives and operational reports related to candidate placement in Japan.
