Job summary

VIF Sona Topas Jakarta is seeking a Customer Relations professional for an on-site, full-time role in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. You will support customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining detailed records.

You will focus on customer retention and satisfaction, collaborate with internal teams, monitor feedback, and contribute ideas to improve service processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and improve Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction through proactive follow-up and relationship-building.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation.
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service, including handling complaints, resolving issues, and providing consistent assistance.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on service quality.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or customer management systems is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area or similar markets, is an advantage.
