Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is looking for an IT Support specialist to provide remote and on-site assistance for POS, laptops, and network services across store locations. You will manage biometric time systems, store emails, and POS migrations while maintaining endpoint security.

Responsibilities include logging, provisioning new hires, asset tagging, and supporting NSO deployments. Strong TCP/IP, VLAN, and remote desktop skills are required to ensure smooth day-one readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field required.
• 1+ year IT work experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 and Outlook configuration.
• Experience with security agent administration (Ivanti Antivirus).
• Strong TCP/IP, VLAN, network printer basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote assistance to Area/Branch Managers for POS, laptops, and network issues.
• Administer biometric time-attendance terminals and profiles.
• System administration: store emails, POS migrations, endpoint security.
• Pull event/audit logs for internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote assistance to Area / Branch Managers (BM / ABM) for POS systems, branch laptops, and network connectivity issues


• Administer biometric time - attendance terminals (transferring fingerprint / admin profiles between store machines nationwide)


• Perform store system administration, including store email password rests, store POS code migrations, and managing endpoint security agents (Ivanti Antivirus)


• Pull system event viewer logs and store audit logs upon request from internal audit / compliance teams


• Manage the end-to-end hardware provisioning process for new hires (OS Imaging, shared folder credential manager, email, printer mapping) ensuring zero delay on Day 1


• Conduct IT receiving checks and asset tagging for vendor deliveries (laptops, network, printers, cables, peripherals)


• Execute remote IT Setup for New Store Openings (NSO), including bulk store email provisioning and remote system readiness


• Participate in facility / office expansion projects (e.g., VLAN verification, DVR / CCTV online configuration, network printer staging, workstation cable management) and off-site event support (exhibition IT setups and teardowns)

Requirements
