Yayasan Pendidikan Kader Bangsa Indonesia is seeking a proactive IT Support Staff to maintain and optimize our school’s IT infrastructure. You will manage server hardware, network setups, internet connectivity, CCTV systems, and smart office tech to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities include installing and configuring servers, performing preventive maintenance, handling LAN/WAN, CCTV/IP camera/NVR management, and supporting AV setups for meetings and events.
We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and hands‑on IT Support Staff to maintain and optimize our school’s IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing server hardware, network setups, internet connectivity, CCTV systems, and/or smart office technology including sound systems to ensure seamless daily operations and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and organize server hardware (rack mounting, cable management, power distribution, cooling systems, etc).
Perform routine preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades on servers, desktops, and peripheral devices.
Handle network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, Access Points, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
Setup, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, IP cameras, and recording equipment (DVR/NVR).
Monitor network stability and performance, quickly addressing internet outages or bandwidth issues.
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) / Smartboard devices for meeting rooms and workspaces.
Oversee audio‑visual setups and sound systems to ensure full readiness for presentations, conferences, and events.
Support resolvement of day‑to‑day technical issues reported by internal users.
Provide prompt, responsive, and clear troubleshooting to resolve technical incidents efficiently.
Maintain IT asset inventory logs and document technical support issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Information, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or IT Helpdesk (Fresh graduates with relevant hands‑on project experience are welcome to apply).
Practical knowledge of server rack organization, server hardware components, and clean cable management.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Mikrotik/Cisco, Subnetting, VLAN, Routing, Switching, and Wi‑Fi management).
Hands‑on experience with CCTV system installation, IP camera configuration, and NVR management.
Familiarity with setup and operations of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Smartboards, and conference room AV setups.
Basic‑to‑intermediate knowledge of sound systems and audio equipment management.
