Job summary

MR.DIY Indonesia is seeking an IT Support professional to provide remote assistance for POS, laptops, and network issues across branches. The role covers biometric terminals, endpoint security, and end-to-end hardware provisioning for new hires to ensure Day 1 readiness.

You will handle log collection for audits, assist with WAN/LAN basics, VLANs, DVR/CCTV streaming, and remote desktop tools, contributing to smooth retail operations and expansion projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
• Min. 1 year of IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Outlook configuration, shared folder credential management, basic ERP administration (Oracle or equivalent), and Ivanti Antivirus.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, VLAN basics, network printers, DVR/CCTV streaming, and remote desktop tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).
• Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting, BIOS configuration, PC/laptop upgrades, and driver diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote assistance to Area / Branch Managers for POS systems, laptops, and network issues.
• Administer biometric time-attendance terminals and transfer profiles between store machines nationwide.
• Perform store system administration including email password resets, POS code migrations, and endpoint security agent management (Ivanti Antivirus).
• Pull system event viewer logs and store audit logs for audit/compliance teams.
• Manage end-to-end hardware provisioning for new hires (OS Imaging, credential management, email, printer mapping) ensuring Day 1 readiness.
• Conduct IT receiving checks and asset tagging for vendor deliveries (laptops, network gear, printers, cables).
• Execute remote IT setup for New Store Openings (NSO) including bulk email provisioning and remote readiness.
• Participate in facility/office expansion projects (VLAN verification, DVR/CCTV configuration, network printer staging, cable management) and off-site event IT support.

• Provide remote assistance to Area / Branch Managers (BM / ABM) for POS systems, branch laptops, and network connectivity issues


• Administer biometric time - attendance terminals (transferring fingerprint / admin profiles between store machines nationwide)


• Perform store system administration, including store email password rests, store POS code migrations, and managing endpoint security agents (Ivanti Antivirus)


• Pull system event viewer logs and store audit logs upon request from internal audit / compliance teams


• Manage the end-to-end hardware provisioning process for new hires (OS Imaging, shared folder credential manager, email, printer mapping) ensuring zero delay on Day 1


• Conduct IT receiving checks and asset tagging for vendor deliveries (laptops, network, printers, cables, peripherals)


• Execute remote IT Setup for New Store Openings (NSO), including bulk store email provisioning and remote system readiness


• Participate in facility / office expansion projects (e.g., VLAN verification, DVR / CCTV online configuration, network printer staging, workstation cable management) and off-site event support (exhibition IT setups and teardowns)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and other related degree


• Min. 1 year of working experience in IT
