Job summary

PT Berkah Tangerang Ops is seeking an IT Support professional to install, configure, and maintain networks and network equipment across multiple store branches in Tangerang. You will provide technical support, monitor systems, manage user access, and implement disaster recovery measures.

The role requires experience with LAN/WiFi/Mikrotik, Active Directory, and retail POS hardware. Shift work and on-site travel to stores are expected, with immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years in IT support or infrastructure management.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, networking (LAN/WiFi/Mikrotik), and Windows OS.
• Experience with Active Directory, user management, and access control systems.
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions experience.
• Familiar with retail equipment: thermal printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and POS systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work in shifts/on-call and travel to store branches.

Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer networks and network equipment to ensure optimal performance and security

Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues experienced by end-users

Monitoring network systems and infrastructure to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations

Managing user accounts, access controls, and permissions across company systems in compliance with security policies

Performing regular system backups and implementing disaster recovery procedures to protect company data

Assisting with the procurement and deployment of IT hardware and software solutions

Responding to IT incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

Proven experience working in a networks and systems administration role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in IT support or infrastructure management

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, networking (LAN/WiFi/Mikrotik), and Windows OS.

Competency in backup and disaster recovery solutions

Familiar with retail equipment: Thermal printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and POS systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Commitment to maintaining IT security standards and best practices.

Willing to work in shifts/on-call and has high mobility to visit O!save store branches.
