Job summary

PT. PRADOWANSA SUKSES LESTARI is seeking an IT Infrastructure and Network Administrator to manage network devices, CCTV, HRIS middleware, and hardware assets across three branches in Jakarta.

You will coordinate with vendors, handle onboarding/offboarding, back up systems, and support end users with hardware and software issues, ensuring secure, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Strong hardware troubleshooting across IT assets and CCTV systems.
• Experience running small IT/network projects (networks, servers, websites).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus (AWS, Alibaba).
• Knowledge of control panels such as cPanel/DirectAdmin is desirable.
• Experience integrating medical devices into hospital/vet clinic systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices (Router, Switch, AP) and manage bandwidth.
• Manage hardware assets (PCs, laptops, printers, smartphones, PABX, intercom).
• Oversee CCTV/NVR storage, fingerprint attendance, doors, and HRIS middleware.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, creating/deleting clinic system accounts and access.
• Coordinate with vendors for network installation and system integration.
• Create incident reports, perform backups, and prepare monthly IT vouchers per branch.
• Execute and manage project requirements and implementation; provide user support.

Job description

This role involves managing IT infrastructure, network systems, hardware assets, and security systems across 3 branches. You will install, configure, and maintain network devices, manage hardware assets, oversee CCTV and access control systems, administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinate with vendors for medical device integration, and handle IT reporting and project management.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and maintain network devices (Router, Switch, Access Point), manage bandwidth limitations, ISP connections (Primary & Backup), and ensure network access security (VPN/Wi-Fi)

Manage hardware asset data, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Computers, Laptops, Printers, Smartphones, PABX, and Intercom across 3 branches

Manage and maintain CCTV systems (including NVR/Storage), fingerprint attendance machines, door access systems, and HRIS middleware

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including creation/deletion of clinic system accounts and device access rights

Coordinate actively with vendors for network installation and system integration (Laboratory IDEXX & ABAXIS, X-RAY, CT-SCAN/GPACS)

Create incident reports, perform regular system and configuration backups, and prepare monthly IT operational billing vouchers per branch

Execute, take responsibility for, and manage project requirements and implementation.

Troubleshooting for diagnose and fix errors with hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices

User support for answer help requests by phone, chat, email, or in person.

Requirement :

Strong hardware troubleshooting capabilities (PC, CCTV, Attendance Machines, Network, PABX)

Experience running small projects such as building networks, websites, or servers (home lab)

Understanding and experience with Cloud Computing (AWS, Alibaba, etc.) is a plus

Understanding and experience with Control Panel (cPanel, DirectAdmin, etc.) is a plus

Experience integrating medical devices (Lab, Radiology) into hospital/veterinary clinic information systems is highly valued

Must have a personal vehicle (at least a motorcycle).
