Job summary

Catalyst is seeking an IT Support professional to ensure stable software and network resources, troubleshoot issues, and support events with on-site technical setup. You will maintain asset inventories, document incidents, and collaborate across teams to keep operations smooth.

You should have at least 3 years of IT support experience, strong Windows and macOS knowledge, and be capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining careful documentation and compliance with security

Responsibilities

• Install, reinstall, and configure software on Windows and macOS.
• Install and maintain Wi-Fi networks, CCTV, and door locks.
• Assemble PCs and upgrade laptop components when repairable.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, networking, printers, Wi-Fi, Mikrotik, and CCTV issues.
• Support daily operations and assist with events' technical setup.
• Record, track, and maintain IT assets in the inventory system.
• Conduct regular asset audits to ensure accurate records.

Job Description

• Install, reinstall, and configure software, including Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain Wi-Fi networks, CCTV systems, and door lock devices.
• Assemble personal computers and perform laptop component upgrades or repairs (when repairable).
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, networking, printers, Wi-Fi, Mikrotik, and CCTV.
• Support daily operational activities and provide technical assistance for internal and external events.
• Ensuring all IT assets are properly recorded, tracked, and maintained in the asset inventory system.
• Conducting regular asset audits to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
