Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Support professional to help ensure smooth IT operations and keep the office network and internet connectivity stable. You will troubleshoot issues across software, hardware and printers, prepare daily connectivity reports, and assist with PC setup and procurement decisions.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires strong problem solving and communication skills, with hands-on experience in Windows, Linux and macOS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer and Network Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year IT support experience.
• Proficient with Windows, Linux and Mac OS, Office apps and support software.
• Good knowledge of network, hardware, software and printer troubleshooting.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company's IT operations run smoothly.
• Support and maintain office network and internet connectivity to provider.
• Troubleshoot IT problems across software, hardware, printers and networks.
• Create daily reports related to connectivity and resources monitoring in the placement Office.
• Setup PCs and Laptops and assist procurement decisions.
• Prepare and proceed IT peripheral handover during onboarding and offboarding.
