Cermati is seeking an IT Support professional in Jakarta to ensure smooth IT operations and reliable network connectivity. You will install and configure PCs, troubleshoot software and hardware, and generate daily reports on connectivity and resource usage.

The role involves assisting procurement, handling onboarding/offboarding IT handovers, and delivering small automation tasks through light coding. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help ensure company's IT operations run smoothly.
• Support and maintain office network and internet connectivity.
• Troubleshoot IT problems (software, printers, laptops, internet).
• Create daily reports on connectivity and resource monitoring.
• Set up PCs and laptops; assist procurement research.
• Handle IT peripheral handovers during onboarding/offboarding.
• Do light coding to automate tasks.
• Propose technology and workflow improvements.

Job description

• Help and make sure company's IT operations are running smoothly.
• Support and maintain office network and internet connection to provider.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, e.g research which software to install, printer problems, laptop problems, internet problems, etc.
• Create daily reports related to the connectivity & resources monitoring in the placement Office.
• Setup PCs and Laptops, and help research which items for the company to procure.
• Prepare & Proceed the IT Peripheral handover to/from the employee in the onboarding & offboarding Process.
• Do some light coding to automate tasks.
• Provide some technology & procedure initiatives to create more effective IT Support workflow.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support.

Good knowledge of network, hardware, software, and printer troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving skills.
