Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of Desktop Support Operations and IT Infrastructure experience.
• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL Foundation are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS, applications, and mobile OS including iOS and Android.
• Experience supporting IT operations in a medium to large multinational corporation.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support server, network, desktop, and IT infrastructure.
• Complete daily system administration tasks to ensure systems operate correctly.
• Monitor systems using automated tools and manage incident alerts.
• Maintain operational documentation, user guides, and IT procedures.
• Manage escalation of technical issues to third-party suppliers for advanced support.
• Provide system availability, capacity, inventory, licence, and maintenance reporting.
• Record, track, prioritise, allocate, and resolve service desk calls.
• Assist with procurement of IT equipment and services, including supplier coordination.
• Build relationships with internal users, project teams, vendors, and service providers.
