Job summary

Adapundi is hiring an IT Support Specialist to install, configure, and maintain IT devices, including PCs, laptops, and printers, in our Jakarta office.

You will troubleshoot operating systems, hardware, email, and internet connections, and support LAN/Wi‑Fi networks. The role requires collaboration with users and teams, and a proactive approach to problem solving. On-site presence and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn and multitask; available out of hours if needed.
• Basic IT operations knowledge and networking concepts.
• Proactive team player with ability to build good relationships with users and team.
