Job summary

Hebe Beauty Indonesia is seeking an IT support assistant to monitor on-premise servers and maintain hardware, software, and networks. The role requires basic Windows and Linux knowledge, plus strong problem-solving and user-assistance skills.

You will handle CCTV and NAS storage, coordinate with vendors, and create clear IT documentation. The position involves preparing laptops for new staff and checking devices during offboarding, within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows & Linux operating systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, LAN, IP address, and internet connectivity.
• Familiar with laptop/desktop setup, maintenance, and peripheral devices.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills and comfortable assisting users with technical issues.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain on-premise servers running on Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Perform computer hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT asset management.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including ISP connections, firewalls, switches, access points, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS servers, and DHCP/static IP configurations.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems to ensure smooth live streaming, as well as manage and maintain NAS storage for users.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and provide recommendations for IT products, equipment, and solutions based on user and business needs.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, including SOPs, technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, network/infrastructure documentation, audit reports, and IT work reports.
• Prepare and set up laptops for new employees and conduct device and IT asset checks during employee offboarding.
