We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support professional to provide technical assistance, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding user support.
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner, both onsite and remotely.
Manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and data backup.
Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
Coordinate with external vendors for equipment maintenance and IT services when required.
Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures.
Ensure IT systems comply with company security policies and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and networking.
Familiar with Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configuration is an advantage.
Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshootCCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVR/DVR, and video surveillance infrastructure.
Coordinate CCTV maintenance, monitor system performance, and ensure all surveillance equipment operates properly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
