Job summary

PT Sukses Corp International in Jakarta Pusat invites an IT Technical Support/Network Technician to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users.

You will set up new computers, install software and printers, document solutions for a knowledge base, monitor system performance, perform daily readiness checks, and collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Computer Engineering/Telecommunications Informatics.
• Minimum 2 years of IT Technical Support/Network Technician experience.
• Proficient in Windows-based server OS and client OS.
• Proficient in TCP/IP networking, wired and wireless networks.
• Understanding of hardware and software.
• Able to work effectively in a team, thorough, diligent and motivated.
