Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking an IT Support Technician in Jakarta to diagnose and resolve computer-related issues, configure devices for new users, and drive IT projects that improve efficiency. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to meet operational goals and ensure adherence to SLAs.

The role requires a IT-related degree and 1–2 years of experience, with strong networking, hardware, and software installation skills. This is an on-site position based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS is required.
• 1–2 years IT Support experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of computer networks, desktop support, and hardware.
• Proficiency in software installation and hardware setup.
