• Strong communication and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email and in-person.

• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and peripherals.
• Document all support tickets and maintain accurate issue records.
• Assist with user account management, password resets and access permissions.

• Respond promptly to urgent IT issues and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with APAC IT and other teams on activities and issues.
• Develop and implement new systems to streamline processes.
• Support building maintenance and facility-related IT tasks as needed.

Our client is a Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for IT Support Clerk.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email and in-person, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, including network connectivity, printer issues, software installation and system configuration.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Document all support tickets and maintain accurate records of issues resolved, and actions taken.
• Assist with user account management, password resets and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory.
• Respond promptly to urgent IT issues and work to minimize downtime.
• Provide regular reports and coordinate closely with APAC IT, Corporation on relevant activities and issues.
• Develop and implement new systems and applications to streamline work processes, improve efficiency, and support future business requirements.
• Support and coordinate building maintenance and facility-related activities to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained workplace.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a similar field.
• High-conversational level of English, with the ability to communicate regarding technical matters.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in IT support in any industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, firewalls, and networks, with proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and basic networking concepts. Experienced in using ticketing systems and IT service management tools, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues systematically.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
