Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
• High-conversational level of English for technical discussions.
• At least 3 years of proven IT support experience in any industry.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, firewalls, and networks with hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
• Strong communication and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues including network connectivity and software installation.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and peripherals.
• Document all support tickets and maintain accurate issue records.
• Assist with user account management, password resets and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory.
• Respond promptly to urgent IT issues and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with APAC IT and other teams on activities and issues.
• Develop and implement new systems to streamline processes.
• Support building maintenance and facility-related IT tasks as needed.
