Job summary

PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. is seeking an IT Support professional to ensure high availability and stability of our computer systems. Based at the Citeureup factory, the role provides 24/7 coverage as required to keep operations running smoothly for employees.

The successful candidate will collaborate with HC Group IT on infrastructure projects, manage incidents, and communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Information System from a reputable university (GPA min 3.0).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of server and client network infrastructure.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; able to work in a high-pressure environment.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring high operational availability and stability for IT support. The position will deliver exceptional IT support services to employees and provide 24-hour coverage for computer systems—either on-site or remotely—based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and stability of IT support operations.
• Provide high-level IT support to employees, including 24/7 coverage as required.
• Serve as a helpdesk in the absence of a Helpdesk Officer—receive user issues, take follow-up actions via the MIS Helpdesk system, and ensure optimal IT operations.
• Coordinate with and assist HC Group IT in infrastructure implementation and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Willing to be placed at Citeureup factory with shift schedule pattern
• Bachelor in Computer Science or Information System from reputable university (GPA min 3.0)
• Minimum 3 year of relevant work experience
• Required possess good knowledge skill and understanding of both Server Network Infrastructure and Client Network Infrastructure.
• Well-versed in business processes and the implementation of application systems
• Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations, earning the trust of colleagues and management, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and collaborating effectively within a team
• High Integrity, honest and a pleasant personality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, are mandatory
