PT Dia Logistics Indonesia is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Cilegon, Banten on a full-time basis. You will provide frontline technical support, maintain and secure our IT environment, and ensure end users receive timely assistance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 3+ years of IT support experience, strong Windows and networking knowledge, and fluency in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of IT support experience and relevant IT certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, firewalls and security basics.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and printer issues and document actions taken.
• Install and configure hardware, software and peripherals as needed.
• Maintain system health with regular updates and security checks.
• Log incidents and coordinate with APAC MCC IT as required.
• Assist with user account management and access permissions.
• Monitor IT assets and inventory and report urgent issues promptly.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Cilegon, Banten on a full-time basis. As IT Support, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our technology infrastructure, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and our employees have the technical assistance they need to perform effectively. This position is essential to the success of our operations, providing frontline technical support and contributing to the overall reliability and security of our IT environment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email and in-person, addressing hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, including network connectivity, printer issues, software installation and system configuration
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and peripherals
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security
• Document all support tickets and maintain accurate records of issues resolved and actions taken
• Assist with user account management, password resets and access permissions
• Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory
• Respond promptly to urgent IT issues and work to minimise downtime
• Provide regular reports and coordinate closely with APAC IT, MCC IT also as part of MCG on relevant activities and issues
• Develop and implement new systems and applications to streamline work processes, improve efficiency, and support future business requirements.
• Support and coordinate building maintenance and facility-related activities to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained workplace.

What we're looking for

• University Graduate or equivalent; IT-related certification or formal qualification is preferred
• Proven experience in IT support, with minimum experience 3 years in related field
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, firewall, network
• Proficiency with hardware troubleshooting and basic networking concepts
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues systematically
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests simultaneously
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection principles
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential
