Job summary

Waruna Shipping Group is seeking an experienced IT Support to maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, network, and end‑user systems. In this hands‑on role, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for users across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, information systems, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in IT support or similar role.
• Experience with CCTV, PCs, laptops, printers, UPS, PABX, and projectors.
• Strong networking knowledge incl. LAN/WAN and Cisco.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and IT-related issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and technical problems involving PCs, laptops, printers, UPS, PABX, projectors, and CCTV systems.
• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and related equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, web connectivity, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity and ensure reliable access to IT services across the organization.
• Support configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco networking equipment.
• Assist with IT infrastructure maintenance, system upgrades, and equipment deployment.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including hardware inventory, equipment records, and user devices.
• Respond to IT support requests and ensure issues are followed up and resolved within the required timeframe.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to users on the proper use of IT equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors or external service providers for hardware, networking, and infrastructure-related issues when required.
• Assist in maintaining IT security, system availability, and business continuity.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and equipment.
• Support other IT projects and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Support, IT Technician, or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge and troubleshooting skills in IT hardware, including CCTV, PC, laptop, printer, UPS, PABX, and projector.
• Good understanding of networking and troubleshooting, including LAN, WAN, web connectivity, and Cisco.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support to users at different levels.
• Detail‑oriented, responsive, and able to handle multiple IT support requests and priorities.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common IT applications.
• Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
