Job summary

PT Moda Global Maritim in Jakarta is seeking an IT Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will monitor IT infrastructure, provide technical support to users, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields is required, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
• Experience in hardware and network troubleshooting is preferred
• Familiar with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network devices

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
• Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, network, and system issues
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of IT equipment
