Job summary

PT Guna Tesuma Internasional is seeking an IT Support professional in Jakarta Utara to maintain IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, networks, servers, and CCTV systems. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage databases, perform hardware maintenance, and ensure data security while working both independently and in teams to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics, and cybersecurity fundamentals and be prepared to contribute

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics and cybersecurity fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Job description

IT Support role responsible for providing technical assistance and maintaining IT infrastructure including computers, printers, networks, software, servers, and CCTV systems.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshooting computers, printers, networks, software, servers, and CCTV
• Technical problem solving
• Database management and understanding of database administration fundamentals
• Maintenance and repair of hardware devices including computers, printers, and network equipment
• Data security and understanding of basic networking principles including TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, firewall, and cybersecurity fundamentals

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience as IT Support
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
• Ability to troubleshoot computers, printers, networks, software, servers, and CCTV
• Ability to perform data backups
• Ability to work individually and in teams
• Disciplined, communicative, quick, and responsible
• Multitasking capability and ability to meet deadlines
• Willing to be assigned outside the city
