Job summary

PT Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry (VDNI) invites applications for an IT Support/Helpdesk role based in Jakarta. The candidate will handle hardware/software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, plus networking basics and office equipment support.

Ideal applicants have 1–2 years in IT support, or internships in IT, with good problem-solving and communication skills, capable of working independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Support/IT Helpdesk preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking.
• Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office/365, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
• Able to perform hardware/software troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiar with IT asset management, inventory, and documentation.
• Able to provide technical support to users and respond to IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job description

1–2 years of experience in IT Support/IT Helpdesk is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
