Job summary

PT FondFashion Seamless garment in Indonesia is seeking an IT Operations professional to maintain and monitor hardware, software, networks, and IT systems, while providing technical support to employees.

The role covers backups, system security, asset documentation, and ERP system management. A 1–2 year IT support background and a D3/S1 in IT are preferred for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT Support/IT Operational experience.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and monitoring of hardware, software, networks, and IT systems
• Provide technical support to employees regarding computer, printer, network, email, application, and other IT device issues
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot computer equipment and IT systems
• Monitor and ensure LAN networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, CCTV, and network devices operate properly
• Perform regular data backup and recovery to maintain data security and availability
• Manage user accounts, system access rights, and ensure IT access aligns with departmental needs
• Monitor system security and help prevent disruptions or unauthorized access
• Record and document assets, devices, issues, and IT activities
• Coordinate with vendors or third parties for equipment repair and system maintenance
• Handle IT disruptions quickly and ensure company operations run optimally
• Handle ERP System

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years experience in IT Support/IT Operational

Understanding of hardware, software, LAN/Wi‑Fi networks, Windows, printers, and server troubleshooting and maintenance

Understanding of basic TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, router, switch, and firewall

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities

Able to work independently and as part of a team
