Job description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Project Supervisor to manage and coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the execution of IT projects from initiation through completion.

Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal IT teams, business users, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed scope, quality, and timeline.

Manage project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents.

Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

Coordinate system testing, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation activities.

Monitor project resources and ensure effective allocation of people, budget, and other project requirements.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure deliverables are aligned with agreed requirements and timelines.

Escalate critical project issues and provide recommendations to management when necessary.

Support continuous improvement of project management processes and IT project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management, IT Project Coordination, or a related role.

Previous experience supervising or coordinating IT projects and cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle, SDLC, and project management methodologies.

Experience managing projects involving system development, implementation, integration, or enhancement.

Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Able to manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.
