• Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
• Communicate directly with clients to capture detailed project briefs and clarify specific technical requirements.
• Manage project conflicts and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
• Assist in defining project objectives and scope, involving all relevant parties to ensure technical feasibility.
• Interact with executives and project teams to understand business process models, workflows, and expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project management plans to track and monitor progress effectively.
• Manage any changes to project scope, schedule, or costs using verified techniques.
• Measure project performance using professional tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically handling complex application projects.

Required Skills
