Job summary

PT Tiga Daya Digital Indonesia (Eksad Technology) is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan and oversee end-to-end IT initiatives in Jakarta Selatan. You will define scope, timelines, milestones, and resources while coordinating with business stakeholders, tech teams, vendors, and partners to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of managing IT projects (5+ for senior) and strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, Jira usage,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.50 (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end IT projects (5+ years for Senior level).
• Proven experience delivering application development, system integration, ERP, DMS, infrastructure, or data-related projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with Jira.

• Review technical solutions, system architecture, integration designs, and data flows to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions by working closely with development and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure project delivery follows SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or DevOps best practices.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities to ensure smooth implementation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular project updates, and elevate critical issues when necessary.
• Evaluate vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by promoting project governance, delivery best practices, and post-implementation reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum gpa of 3.50 (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end IT projects (5+ years for Senior level).
• Proven experience delivering application development, system integration, Erp, Dms, infrastructure, or data-related projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Good understanding of system architecture, API integration (rest), microservices, event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka), and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (as, Azure, or gcp), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), networking, and security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Etl/Elt, Data Warehouse/Data Lake concepts, basic sql, and bi tools such as Tableau is an advantage.
• Ability to understand architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and data flow designs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• pmp, prince2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are an advantage.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in Programming, Software Engineering, Database, System Analysis, or related IT subjects is a plus.
