Job summary

TOG Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects within defined budgets and timelines. You will manage scope, resources, and risks while coordinating with sales ops and IT teams to ensure value delivery.

The role emphasizes proficiency in PMBOK, Waterfall, and Agile/Scrum, with strong communication to stakeholders and clients. A relevant degree, and 2+ years in IT/project management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Master's Degree in IT Management or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, software, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within budget, timeline, and scope.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources; ensure delivery using PM practices.
• Monitor progress to meet deliverables on time and within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; apply corrective actions.
• Prepare documentation, status reports, and project dashboards; report to management.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives where needed.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects submitted by the Sales Operations team using Project Management (PMBOK) best practices.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources while ensuring successful project delivery using Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
• Ensure project outcomes align with business objectives and deliver maximum business value.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
• Maintain optimal resource utilization while balancing project priorities and team capacity.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.
• Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Support continuous process improvement by applying project management best practices and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A Master's Degree (S2) in IT Management or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, software development, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
