• Coordinate tracking and escalation of project risks and issues, ensuring proper follow-up of mitigation actions and resolution status.
• Prepare and maintain structured project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and governance materials, ensuring completeness and audit readiness.

• Deliver and coordinate project activities across multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and dependencies within a structured delivery environment.

• Business Units / Product Owners - Align on scope, priorities, and expected business outcomes, ensuring delivery meets functional requirements and supports operational and customer needs.
• Budget Teams - Monitor project financials, including budget utilization and cost tracking, ensuring alignment with approved financial plans and identifying potential variances.
• PMO Team - Ensure adherence to governance standards, reporting requirements, and escalation processes, while aligning project execution with organizational delivery frameworks.
• IT Operations / Support Teams - Ensure operational readiness, coordinate deployment planning, and align on post-go-live support to maintain service stability and minimize operational disruption.

• System Integrators / Implementation Partners - Manage delivery commitments, track progress of external deliverables, and resolve execution issues to ensure alignment with project timelines, quality expectations, and contractual obligations.
• Technology Partners - Align on integration requirements, technical dependencies, and system readiness, ensuring external platforms support end-to-end delivery objectives.
  

Academy Qualification
