Job summary

PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects from planning to delivery.

You will liaise with clients, internal teams, vendors, and management to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, plus familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline tracking.
• Strong planning, monitoring, and reporting skills; excellent communication and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline tracking.
• Strong project planning, monitoring, and reporting skills.Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
