Job summary

Ciputra Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead IT initiatives across the company and subsidiaries, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth operations.

You will plan, monitor, and govern projects, manage cross-functional teams (development, business analysis, QA, infrastructure, vendors), assess risks, and present dashboards to stakeholders. A proven background in SDLC and solution design is required to align IT solutions with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS with GPA min 3.00.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and risk management abilities.
• Experience with SDLC and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage day-to-day project operations.

Job description

Responsible for leading projects and implementing information technology systems within the Company and its subsidiaries, through project planning, monitoring the implementation of ongoing projects, analyzing risks, and evaluating stages of information technology system implementation to ensure the smooth operation of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Job Description:

Perform tasks and functions including:

• Responsible for delivering projects and managing day-to-day project operations.
• Establish a project governance framework.
• Manage human resources and work within the project.
• Control, track, and monitor the progress of each team involved in the project (development team, business analyst team, QA team, infrastructure team, vendors, etc.).
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Define roles and responsibilities for the project team.
• Collaborate with all project team members.
• Create project dashboards and present project reports to stakeholders or the steering committee.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, GPA min 3.00

2.Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Project Manager.
