Job summary

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex IT projects (e.g., cloud migration, ERP development, system integration).

Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans.

Oversee Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies for software development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX/UI) and external vendors.

Manage project risks, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (mandatory).

Masters degree in IT Project Management, Digital Business, or an MBA with an IT focus (preferred).

Minimum 8 years as an IT Project Manager, with 35 years in leading complex projects.

Certifications (Optional):

PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CSM, PMI-ACP, ITIL, CISSP, or CompTIA Project+.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of project management best practices.

Understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.

Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project).

Ability to analyze data for project performance reports (KPIs, ROI).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.

Leadership in team motivation and conflict resolution.

Negotiation skills for budget and project prioritization.
