Job summary

Meratus Group is seeking an IT Assurance & Support Engineer for a Surabaya placement. You will maintain core IT systems, hardware, software, and networks to ensure smooth daily operations across all business functions.

Key duties include user support, asset management, onboarding, maintenance, and training. Fresh graduates to 2 years of IT support experience are welcome, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates to 2 years in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Systems Administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS and basic networking; familiarity with corporate software suites.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely user support and remote assistance for hardware, software, network, and applications.
• Track and manage IT equipment inventory, ensuring accurate records between physical and system databases.
• Onboard new team members with hardware provisioning and software/access configuration.
• Perform routine maintenance, system testing, and upgrades across company devices.
• Train users on new IT tools and assist in evaluating new hardware/software acquisitions.
• Support technology projects of moderate scope while maintaining workplace standards.
