Job summary

Saint-Gobain Indonesia is seeking two HRGA supervisors to partner with plant leadership in Cibitung and Jawilan. You will drive people strategies, lead industrial relations, ensure labor law compliance, and maintain relations with government authorities and stakeholders.

You will also oversee facilities, EHS initiatives, budgets, and workforce analytics to support management decisions and continuous improvement across the manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in HR, Psychology, Management, Law or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Supervisor position, preferably manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and latest employment regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and attendance management systems.
• Proven experience in managing HRGA operations within a manufacturing company.
• Solid experience in Industrial Relations, External Relations, and government liaison activities.
• Experience in handling labor disputes, employee relations matters, and union-related issues.
• Proven track record in mass recruitment, organizational development, and employee engagement programs.
• Strong leadership, people management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to analyze HR data and prepare management reports effectively.
• Good understanding of ISO standards, EHS implementation, and Operational Excellence culture.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Proficient in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities
