PT Samudra Cahaya Artha is seeking an experienced HR/IR candidate to lead industrial relations and HR functions across field projects in Indonesia. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years in HR/IR are required, with strong knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations and labor negotiations.

The role emphasizes handling labor disputes, disciplinary processes, and termination cases while supporting project-based operations in construction, telecom, or engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations, HR, Employee Relations, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Regulations, employment agreements, disciplinary procedures, termination processes, and industrial relations.
• Experienced in handling labor disputes, Disnaker matters, bipartite/tripartite negotiations, and employee termination cases.
• Experience working in project-based, construction, telecommunications, engineering, contractor, or field operations environments is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, investigation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Willing to work at project sites / field locations and travel when required.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
