Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a multinational commodity trading company to recruit an HRGA Supervisor (IR & Development) in Lampung, Indonesia. The role covers end-to-end HR, from talent acquisition to people development and performance management.

You will drive industrial relations initiatives, coordinate training programs, oversee payroll and employee benefits with external consultants, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting leadership development.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's Degree.
• High-conversational English with professional communication.
• Minimum 5 years of HRGA experience in labor-intensive industries.
• Solid experience in industrial relations and talent development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• CVs must be in English.

Responsibilities

Our client is a Multinational Commodity Trading Company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Supervisor (IR & Development).

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee administration, performance evaluation and people development
• Establish manpower plans based on operational needs and business objectives
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases and industrial-relations matters
• Liaise and maintain effective communication with Dinas Tenaga Kerja and other relevant government institutions
• Manage employment conflicts and labor-related matters in line with company policies and applicable regulations
• Coordinate and monitor temporary workforce requirements in partnership with the Operations team
• Design and execute annual training and employee-development initiatives
• Support the growth of supervisors and prepare potential employees for future leadership roles
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance-management and KPI systems
• Oversee payroll, attendance, overtime, leave and employee-benefit administration in coordination with external consultants
• Supervise general affairs activities, including office/factory administration, facilities, security, transportation, accommodation and related support services
• Prepare and analyze HR data covering manpower expenses, employee turnover, absenteeism, overtime, recruitment, training and employee-relations matters
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree
• High-Conversational English with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, preferably in a labor-intensive industry such as agriculture, plantation, manufacturing or a related sector
• Solid experience in industrial relations and talent development
