Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years in business development, licensing, or brand partnerships.
• Experience or strong interest in entertainment/IP industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of licensing, merchandising, and brand collaborations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop commercial opportunities for IP licensing and merchandising.
• Research market trends and audience to support IP monetization.
• Build relationships with potential partners, licensees, distributors, and retailers.
• Develop business proposals, decks, and commercially focused presentations.
• Coordinate licensing activities with internal teams (Creative, Production, Marketing, Finance, Legal).
• Monitor IP usage and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Explore merchandise opportunities based on IP and market trends.
