Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, strong pitching and stakeholder management, and a network across fashion, sports, lifestyle and entertainment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant brand partnerships experience.
• Proven experience closing partnerships with brands, designers, licensors.
• Strong understanding of co-branded merchandise, licensing and activation.
• Able to evaluate opportunities based on brand fit and commercial return.
• Experience negotiating terms and managing partnerships end-to-end.
• Experience in fashion, sports, lifestyle, or entertainment preferred.
• Existing network across brands and IP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with brands, local and global designers, creators, licensors, and relevant industry partners.
• Develop co-branded merchandise, capsule collections, limited drops, licensing projects, and other commercial collaborations.
• Manage the partnership process from prospecting, pitching, and commercial negotiation through agreement and launch.
• Develop partnership proposals based on brand fit, audience relevance, product potential, and commercial value.
• Negotiate commercial terms including revenue sharing, licensing fees, exclusivity, product scope, and collaboration period.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners across sports, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, and creative industries.
• Track partnership performance including revenue contribution, sell-through, campaign results, and opportunities for further collaboration.
