Job summary

United Creative is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Specialist to identify and develop opportunities with brands, designers, creators, and licensors. The role focuses on co-branded merchandise, capsule collections, and licensing collaborations across sports, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in brand partnerships or business development, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record closing partnerships from prospecting to launch.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in brand partnerships, business development, licensing, or commercial collaborations.
  • Proven experience developing and closing partnerships with brands, designers, creators, licensors, or IP owners.
  • Strong understanding of brand collaborations, co-branded merchandise, capsule collections, licensing, and partnership activation.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms and managing partnerships from initial discussion through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with brands, local and global designers, creators, licensors, and relevant industry partners.
  • Develop co-branded merchandise, capsule collections, limited drops, licensing projects, and other commercial collaborations.
  • Manage the partnership process from prospecting, pitching, and commercial negotiation through agreement and launch.
  • Develop partnership proposals based on brand fit, audience relevance, product potential, and commercial value.
  • Negotiate commercial terms including revenue sharing, licensing fees, exclusivity, product scope, and collaboration period.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners across sports, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, and creative industries.
  • Track partnership performance including revenue contribution, sell-through, campaign results, and opportunities for further collaboration.

  • Experience negotiating commercial terms and managing partnerships from initial discussion through execution.
  • Strong pitching, negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working with revenue, margin, sell-through, and partnership performance.
  • Experience in fashion, sports, lifestyle, entertainment, consumer brands, or merchandise is preferred.
  • Existing network across brands, designers, agencies, creators, licensors, or relevant industry partners is an advantage.
