Job summary

KG Media is seeking a Business/Product Development professional to craft business plans and IP strategies for Grid Network, analyze IP markets, and oversee projects to meet client objectives.

You will leverage a broad network with major brands and perform market research to support strategic planning for IP initiatives within Indonesia's media landscape.

This role requires target orientation, digital savviness, and a creative mindset to deliver measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any discipline, from marketing or communication is a plus
• Minimum 2 years experiences as Business/Product development, IP company, IP agency, retail company or media company
• Having a broad networking especially with big brands and or BUMN
• Having experiences and knowledge in IP business strategic
• Target oriented
• Digital Savvy with creative mind

Responsibilities

• Create business plan and strategy in IP development for media brands under Grid Network
• Analyze market for IP projects
• Deep dive in IP knowlegde and key players to gain more ideas for Grid Network
• Supervise and monitor projects to make sure it meets client's objectives and key performance indicator
• Doing market reserach to support business planning
