Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Group in Jakarta seeks a Junior Vendor Data Analyst to monitor vendor performance, verify invoices, and support procurement decisions.

You''ll maintain vendor databases in Excel, prepare reports, and extract insights from centralized data while ensuring data integrity. Fresh graduates are welcome; proficiency in Excel is required, with experience in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables viewed as advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or equivalent, preferably in Applied Mathematics, Accounting, or related fields.

• Experience in importation, global freight, inventory, purchasing, or stock calculation is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA), expectations, and timelines.

Verify vendor invoices and ensure they are aligned with the terms stated in Purchase Orders (PO).

Identify and assess potential operational risks related to vendor and inventory processes.

Provide feedback and conduct vendor performance reviews to maintain service and quality standards.

Update and maintain accurate vendor databases using Microsoft Excel.

Prepare detailed reports to support operational and management decision-making.

Extract and analyze insights from centralized data while ensuring data integrity and accurate vendor records.

Support inventory-related analysis and other operational reporting as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum D3 or equivalent, preferably in Applied Mathematics, Accounting, or related fields
